Parts Delivery Person

Our company is a leading provider of driveline components and driveshaft manufacturing and repair for the automotive, heavy truck, industrial and off highway industries and we are currently recruiting for a Parts Delivery Driver.
Position Summary
Our companywill perform a variety of functions including, but not limited to, deliveries using a company half-ton truck while ensuring accuracy of all orders, and shipping and receiving of product. The successful candidate will have various interactions with other branches and external contacts including customers and suppliers. A professional, courteous demeanor with a focus on superior customer service is required at all times.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinating all shipping and receiving of products within the branch
- Drive the company half-ton truck in a cautious and responsible manner
- Responsible for keeping company vehicle clean and in good repair
- Pick up & delivery of product in Mississauga and surrounding areas
- Maintain friendly, courteous communications with customers keeping them updated regarding the status of their deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract required
- Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Confident and positive demeanor
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
