Position Overview:
We are searching for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts and Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and delivering a seamless experience for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a passion for the heavy truck industry.


What You’ll Do:

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Be the face of the company by welcoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, offering tailored solutions for parts and service inquiries.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

Parts Counter Sales:

  •  Use your expertise to source, order, and manage a diverse range of truck and heavy equipment parts.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory system to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and present competitive, accurate quotes for parts sales, demonstrating value to customers.

Service Coordination:

  • Schedule service appointments efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Monitor and prioritize service workflows to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.


Administrative Leadership:

  • Ensure all documentation, including work orders and invoices, is accurate and complete.
  • Handle payment processing and account follow-ups with precision.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with inventory and management systems, as well as standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
