Position Overview:
We are searching for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Parts and Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and delivering a seamless experience for our valued customers. What You’ll Do:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Be the face of the company by welcoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Parts Counter Sales:
- Use your expertise to source, order, and manage a diverse range of truck and heavy equipment parts.

- Develop and present competitive, accurate quotes for parts sales, demonstrating value to customers.
Service Coordination:
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Monitor and prioritize service workflows to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Administrative Leadership:
- Ensure all documentation, including work orders and invoices, is accurate and complete.
- Handle payment processing and account follow-ups with precision.
