Position: Our client is presently looking to fill the role of Automotive Fixed Operations Manager

About our company: We have a newly renovated building and we take pride in our close knitted organization. Our dealership is looking for the ideal candidate who is a team player and strives for excellence. We want a natural born leader who has solid understanding within the technical mechanic industry to be the future of our service department.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Parts and Service departments
• Ensuring daily operations are running smoothly
• Supervising teams within the service and parts departments to ensure daily task are properly executed
• Report and following up with issues or problems within service/parts departments

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanic mandatory
• Other experience considered an asset, Shop Foreman, Service Manager 
• Past experience overseeing or managing a service/parts departments
• Upbeat and vibrant personality and ability to work well with others
• Technical knowledge as a mechanic
